Where was that useless butler? If she would have to serve Mr. Meijer his meal again to cover, she was going to make the butler wash Meijer's dirty underwear in return. Probably got paid twice as much too. Rose carried the basket to the kitchen, to prepare a meal that was probably going to have too much salt.
