"Oh. Is it that bad?" Anthony was genuinely concerned. "Like, are you sure you're okay?"

"I'll retire as soon as I finished the meal." Tobias said. He was planning to do that anyway.

"Oh. That's a shame," Anthony frowned, and kept quiet for a moment as he tried to just focus on finishing his meal. "Well, I hope that you feel better, then." He inched quite a bit closer and placed a hand on Tobias' shoulder again, just trying to be friendly.

"Thanks..." said Tobias, rather confused again. He really couldn't figure this guy out. "Are you okay?"

Anthony blinked. "Yeah, I'm fine," he said, a bit confused, now. "why are you asking?"

"You... seem to act strange..." he didn't actually want to mention to behaviour and embarrass the both of them.

"Really? I haven't noticed,"" Anthony laughed. Was he actually acting odd? He didn't think so, but apparently Tobias did. "how am I acting strange?"

"You're...." he turned red again and seemed rather embarrassed. Damn, how he hated towns, even Whitby at the moment. "Kind of... in my space..."

"Oh." ...Was he? He didn't think he was close enough to actually bother Tobias. "Well, I'm like this with every man." He meant man as in 'person', but that didn't translate well.

"So ye don't..." No wait. He wasn't going to say that. How had he gotten himself into this situation?
