"Yes, we are. The original plan was to have the renovations completed before we ever crossed the pound but recent circumstances changed that plan."

The man lets out a long slow sigh as he looks out the window for a few moments. He seems to almost be lost in thought but he quickly turns his attention back to Vela. He offers her a wane smile, drums his fingers on the desk, and decides how much to tell her.

"This position is meant to help with my brother. He will be staying at this house alone, besides the staff, and I need someone to make sure he not only gets meals but also eats them." He pauses as he tries to figure out how to put this. "My brother is a troubled man, not dangerous but... Well, if no one ensures he is eating then the odds are good he will simply not do so until he has already damaged his health." Damage his health was an understatement, his brother might not eat at all until he simply collapsed from hunger and if he wasn't found then Edward could very well die. "With his troubles, I need to find the right person, not just to prepare food, but to coax him into eating it. This is why the pay is so generous, so do you think you are qualified for this position? If so, why?"
